'Why Kindness - Why Leon'

Leon’s Visit, I have served the public in one fashion or another for over 27 years. I have been in the military and also served as a police officer just shy of 20 years. One thing that I have found is policing can harden your heart. I have seen how the media portrays the police as a bunch of thugs who care more about putting people in jail then helping them. We have received a lot of unwarranted negative press. I know that my heart has become hardened through time and I have seen things, like
